However, the point "Today it's important. In three to five years it will be essential." seems to be somewhat "outdated." If one had said that about 10 years ago, it would have made sense, but today it does not seem realistic anymore, especially by social marketing leaders.<br />Thank you for the interviews; reading the points is like a big think tank for me, so I guess the other 18 posts will be similarly interesting :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
